Prices and Delivery

The WREMS drinCUP has been priced to ensure that all of those parents, carers and professionals who are interested in high quality independent drinking can access the product.

Prices are kept low so that all children can have an opportunity to access the health and developmental benefits the cup unlocks - develop jaw stability, chin-tuck and bilateral symmetry.

The postage amounts below are also the cheapest available option for Economy Air mail. And because of the lightness of the drinCUP you can order up to 8 cups in a single order and postage will remain the same.

Our returns policy

At WREMS we want all of our customers to experience excellent service and an excellent product.

As WREMS is both the manufacturer and retailer of the drinCUP we have a streamlined and simple returns and warranty process.

Compliance with Australian Law

WREMS is dedicated to delivering your drinCUP in line with all statutory obligations set down in Australian Law. We support and work within the Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act) which protects consumers when they buy goods and services.

You can see a handy publication on the Act and consumer and seller rights here.

WREMS Return and Refund Policy

WREMS does not offer returns or refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You have changed your mind, or decided you do not like the goods or have no use for them.
  • You discover you can buy the goods cheaper elsewhere.
  • You damage the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.

We do offer refunds or replacement product at no cost to you if the product fails any of the following conditions (your Statutory Rights):

The statutory conditions require that:

  1. Goods must be of merchantable quality – they must meet a level of quality and performance that would be reasonable to expect, given their price and description. They should also be free from defects that were not obvious at the time of purchase.
  2. Goods must be fit for their intended purpose – they should be suitable for any particular purpose the buyer made known to the seller.
  3. The goods must match the description given to the consumer, or the sample shown.
  4. A consumer must receive clear title to the goods – that is, the seller must be entitled to sell the goods.

Your Statutory Warranties also require that:

  1. The consumer will enjoy quiet possession of the goods.
  2. The goods are free from any charge or encumbrance not disclosed or known to the consumer.

If you do not feel we have met any of these conditions please follow the Returns and Refunds process set out below.

WREMS Voluntary or Extended Warranty Policy

As the drinCUP is a personal product to be used extensively and regularly, and because the general cleaning and upkeep of the product is up to each consumer, WREMS does not offer any extended or voluntary warranty outside of the usual statutory protections.

If there is a manufacturing issue that arises that you think should result in a return or refund, please use the Returns and Refunds process set out below.
